Pete Christoff has been practicing business and real estate law in Central Oregon since 2008. Before starting Christoff Law, Pete practiced as an associate with Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis, P.C. and as a partner with Merrill O’Sullivan, LLP. While at those firms, in addition to business and real estate law, Pete practiced in a variety of areas including estate planning, land use, municipal law, construction law and employment law. These experiences inform his practice today and enable him to add value by identifying issues and planning opportunities for clients.
Since 2008, Pete has served in numerous leadership roles including as a member of the City of Bend’s Planning Commission, as president of the Deschutes County Bar Association, as a member of the board of directors of Shepherd’s House Ministries, and as a member of the Oregon State Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee. He has also served as a volunteer with the Bend Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development for Central Oregon.
Pete is currently a member of the Oregon State Bar Association’s Business Law Section, Real Estate and Land Use Section, and Taxation Section.
Pete and his wife, Dara, have four children and enjoy spending time together as a family and with friends in the beautiful Central Oregon outdoors.
